Hi, I’m Christina.

Movement found me at four years old — and thirty-one years later, it’s still how I find ease in my body and stillness in my mind.

Flex & Flow is the calm, intentional stretch space I wish I’d had years ago. No pressure. No performance. Just slow, mindful movement that meets you exactly where you are.

Before I could really articulate how I felt, I could already move through it. Dance found me when I was four years old, and from that very first moment, my body knew something my words couldn’t yet say... movement is medicine.

Thirty-one years later, that truth hasn’t changed. It’s only grown deeper. Through every season of life, the joy, the grief, the everyday weight of just being human, the one thing that has always given me release is the quiet, intentional act of stretching. Of letting my body breathe. Of feeling the tension melt away, one slow breath at a time.

Flex and Flow was born from that very feeling. I created this space because I know how much stress we carry in our bodies without even realising it. In our shoulders, our hips, our chest. We hold so much. And sometimes, we just need someone to guide us back to ourselves.

I’m not here to push you past your limits, I’m here to help you find ease within them. Whether you’ve never stretched a day in your life or movement is already a part of your world, this class is for you. My only goal is to leave you feeling lighter than when you arrived.

Because that feeling, that exhale of release, is something everyone deserves.

  • Do I need to be flexible to join Flex and Flow?
    Not at all — and this is probably the most important thing to know! Flex and Flow is designed for every body, at every level. If you feel stiff, tight, or like you've never stretched properly in your life, you are exactly who this class is for. We start where you are, not where you think you should be.
  • What can I expect in a Flex and Flow class?
    Each session is a guided stretch experience led by Christina. You'll move through gentle, intentional stretches that target common areas of tension — hips, shoulders, spine, and chest. Classes are calm, unhurried, and rooted in breathwork. You'll leave feeling released, grounded, and lighter.
  • What should I wear and bring?
    Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely — leggings, joggers, a soft top. You'll want to be barefoot or in socks. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a small towel or blanket for comfort. Water is always a good idea.
  • Is this a yoga class?
    Flex and Flow is inspired by movement and mindful stretching, but it isn't a traditional yoga class. Think of it as a dedicated stretch session focused purely on releasing tension, improving mobility, and helping your body feel good. No yoga experience required.

  • How often should I attend?
    Even once a week can make a meaningful difference in how your body feels. For best results, attending two to three times a week helps your body build flexibility and reduces chronic tension over time. There's no pressure — come as often as feels right for you.
  • Is Flex and Flow suitable if I have an injury or chronic pain?
    Please let Christina know before class if you have any injuries, chronic pain, or specific areas of concern. Modifications are always available, and your safety and comfort come first. If you're unsure whether the class is right for you, feel free to reach out before booking — Christina is always happy to chat.
  • How do I book a class?
    Booking is simple. Reach out via WhatsApp from any Book button on this page, and Christina will assist you with the process and make sure you have everything you need before your first session.
